Very nice people, we took our 2010 Cadillac in to take care of recalls. The check engine light was on and a couple of other things replaced the total charge was over $1300.00, two weeks later the check engine light comes on. We set up an appointment for the next week and we take it back in and it’s going to almost $3,000.00 to repair. Makes me feel the techs are very good at figuring out the problem. We will not go back

Very courteous booking my appointment. Polite when I had ti change appointment for the next day. Day of service person taking my keys, etc was very helpful. When Is came to get my car and pay for services rendered, the young man was very courteous. Thanks for a job well done.

Jim Hoffpauir Cadillac of Lampasas, Texas, provides spectacular service. The dealership communicated clearly with me and, most importantly, was honest. I worked with Maria Martinez (salesperson) and Beto Cuellar (finance manager); they were both excellent, honest, and easy to work with throughout the car-buying experience. If you want to purchase a Cadillac, I highly recommend Jim Hoffpauir Cadillac. If you are not interested in buying a Cadillac, Jim Hoffpauir also has a Ford and Chevrolet dealership.

I brought my blue Corvette in the dealership for alignment And they broke the side boards on both sides . If you look at the pictures that I posted they tried to cover it up by putting in another car and it's yellow so now they damaged two vehicles and trying to cover it up and it's going on a month and I still haven't got my boards in yet

Worst dealership in Texas. Highly encourage everyone to read the sales agreement as this dealership likes to add in sneaky options to inflate the price. We drove over 500 miles to pick up a car, but decided to back out once the dealership decided to charge a 5% convenience fee for using a card. Those not in the financial sector should know that a 5% fee is well over what they are getting charged to process card payments. Excellent customer purchase experience. Reviewed the the car I selected plus additional local options I wanted and finalized in less than 15 minutes. Arrived the following day with the car ready for me. Took less than one hour to sign documents and I was driving away with my new car. Highly recommend this dealership.

We always get in promptly and get exceptional friendly service from very capable technicians. We drive over 45 miles in the opposite direction from where we work because of the outstanding service we always receive and because we trust the Hoffoauir family.

OK, so after 3 years, one engine tear down hoffpauir marble falls, one engine rebuild hoffpauir burnet, then an engine replacement again hoffpauir burnet. Three dealers which now include Hoffpauir Lampassas and $8000.00 my truck is still parked six months after getting the engine replaced, with electrical problems that the burnet hoffpauir told me to simply pull the fuses( which didn't work the battery still dies. Bought a new Mustang (2010 GT) recently from this dealership. Here are the things that were wrong:
1) They changed the price of the car on the document when it came time to sign. Increased it by $1400.00 from the amount agreed upon. Granted, this was an oversight on my part (should have double checked it) but I did not expect them to be this sleazy. I have purchased 4 new cars in the past and have never had anyone actually do this.
