Setting Up In-Vehicle Wi-Fi: Step By Step

Setting up your in-vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot from OnStar (formerly Chevy MyLink) is easy–there are just three short steps to follow! Here’s how to connect to Chevy Wi-Fi:

1. Download the myChevrolet app on your mobile device of choice, and follow the instructions on the device to set up your Wi-Fi network. You can also do this on your Chevy’s infotainment touchscreen: navigate to your vehicle’s general settings menu and click on “Wi-Fi settings.” 
2. Choose a name and password for your in-vehicle Wi-Fi network.
3. Navigate to the Wi-Fi network on your computer or mobile device when you’re inside your Chevy vehicle, enter the password, and start surfing!
